Everyone is very nice, managers are generally approachable.

Very stats driven, micromanaging at every level. Pay differs for the same roles, never anything like free food or drink even when going out with management or office parties (other than Christmas parties which are great). Seemingly top heavy management structure. No WFH

None - this is a poor place to work if you value your mental health

Micro management, poor training, pressurised to make cases positive, no positive feedback. Health & safety issues Cliques, people afraid to speak up. Nepotism.
