Pros
None at all, unless you want to gain experience and trauma at the same time
Cons
My time at this company was incredibly taxing. The management style here is a significant concern. There's a pervasive atmosphere that felt unsupportive, and I personally experienced what I would describe as abusive and bullying behaviour from leadership. It created a very toxic work environment that was detrimental to well-being.
The workload is another major issue. Employees are consistently given an unmanageable amount of work, leading rapidly to burnout. The expectations are extremely high – think responding to around 100 ticket replies daily, while simultaneously handling 10-20 calls, 10 live chats, and over 100 alerts. You're expected to juggle all these responsibilities at once, which is simply unsustainable.
If you don't meet these highly demanding statistics, be prepared for threats of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). It feels like they push you until you can't possibly keep up, and then penalise you for the inevitable exhaustion. This constant pressure to perform at an unrealistic level, combined with the difficult management, makes for a very challenging place to work.
