HR do not want to do anything and will not acknowledge any grievance or issue as it is too much work for them (that's when they are actually on site). Instead directors are told to pressure people into dropping concerns rather than actually address then. On top of all of this, you are sold a promise of progression and prospects which either do not exist or are blocked at every step along the way.
