Pros
Positive working environment. You become apart of a team, you are more like friends than colleges. Amazing facilities. Talented staff.
Cons
Staffing levels are not always consistent. Often I feel I would be able to do a better days work with sightly less patients, I feel that nursing to patient ratios are a little off. Still manageable, but could be improved.
