      Big Family "Feel" Excellent and Exciting Work Environment

      Pay is "decent"... Honestly, a few more dollars per hour would make it a VERY nice place to work.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
