      Great concept, fun environment. Allows you to meet great people in the community and provide average people with pro level training.

      Cons

      Corporate needs to train more effectively at all levels. Department head turnover at the corporate level never allows franchises to find guidance.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
