Pros
UEC has tremendous partners in our business. Gardner Denver and Ariel just to mention two. They are both leaders in their industry. We have a real team environment and upper management makes it very clear that they are part of that team - not just the leader. I love this company and my coworkers - they are an extended family! The work/ life balance that is encouraged here is amazing!
Cons
Being in the oil and gas industry there are ups and downs. However our CEO is trying very hard to diversify our business and expertise. It all takes time. It takes time to find talented and like minded employees to get on board our forward thinking team.
