Pros

Employee benefit options are good

Cons

This company has no valid reason for making the MAJORITY or their employees come into the corporate office during COVID. It’s as if all of the higher ups are sitting around just counting their money and ignoring the news of the transmissibility of this new variant. Also, it is known among employees that the company is spending a ridiculous amount of money to remodel their building while doing away with annual bonuses for the sales team (the people who bring in leases and generate revenue). Clearly the higher ups see this as fair, employee centric behavior but do not see that requiring people to come into the office to potentially get sick as a problem. Selfish much?? Most employees were MORE productive while working remotely but that has been ignored all because the old school top brass here insists that seeing people in the hallways promotes a happy team environment. Maybe if they ever came down from their self proclaimed high horse and saw what the morale is really like they would realize that it’s time to step up and allow people to work in the way and in the environment that works best for each individual.

Great team that I worked with. We had a lot of fun and leasing was straight forward. Generous commissions and good sales training.

Cons

Not much room for growth as people stayed in their roles for a long time.
