Cons

- Very rude and disrespectful - Very unorganised approach to training - Absolute lack of support where needed, embarrassing on their behalf - Unwillingness to help - Won’t provide the training you ask for, even if you know your knowledge gaps, relevant support won’t be provided - Zero consideration of employees health and well-being - Management breathes down your neck on a constant basis about numbers - Don’t allow you to work in peace - Underpaid and overworked - The pay isn’t worth sacrificing your mental health for - No feedback taken onboard for improvement - Extreme levels of favouritism, resulting in a highly toxic working environment - You WILL get walked over and downgraded
