      Got to network as a pre-med and build connections that will allow me to move forward in my career. Also got to have a view of medicine that a lot of people do not get to see

      Cons

      No pay increases unless the unions fight for it

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
