      good benefits, good vision and values on paper

      management practices quid pro quo and promotes people that do not deserve it and comes up with titles you have never heard of.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      The nurses are very receptive and open to teaching students

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
