Great benefits (medical, dental, vision, holidays), nice pension if you stay long enough, prestige
Cons
They don't really care about their employees... It's all about putting patients #1, then profit #2; who cares if they overwork the employees. The paycheck looks great until they take away all the mandatory deductions (if you work in Westwood or Santa Monica, it's about $1,000/year for parking if you want to park there).
