Benefits, retirement plan, long term work, extremely hard to get fired, paid sick time and vacation time, closed major holidays.
Cons
Impossible to move up, the pay ranges are fraudulent!!! You will be stuck at entry pay forever and your boss will never give you a step increase or raise. Your union will not help you besides to buzz in your ear and pit you against your management
