      - You can't beat the location. - Good benefits. - Great work opportunities for students.

      Cons

      - Not much room for quick promotions or upward mobility. - Can feel stuck if you want to stay within the university but do other things.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Cons

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
