      Academic environment is very stimulating. Professors, academic staff and others are supportive of employee career growth. Classes can teach you a lot..

      Cons

      Traffic in Westwood can be problematic. Location is expensive. Job is demanding but rewarding. Competition is tough but brings out the best in employee.

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
