This is a stressful and faced paced job. Although the staff was helpful and welcoming, the job itself had no opportunity for advancement. Even after taking tests to advance in the role, UCHealth will ignore any certifications and pay will remain the same. Extremely low pay and recognition from UCHealth for a crucial position that demands more respect and support staff.
