Great culture, benefits and pay. Overall there seems to be a spirit that endorses work life balance but the business seems to overwhelm that at times.
Cons
Someone sprinkled miracle grow on this place! Because it is growing at a freakish pace, processes and procedures that may have worked a couple years ago are no longer applicable or efficient. Managers at times (especially longer term ones) don’t seem to endorse new, more efficient processes that parallel the changing dynamics there. They are also having a hard time finding qualified talent because there are so many positions to fill yet HR requires a minimum of 6 months employement before a person can move up (acting as their own worst enemy here) silly policy - put it back in the managers has but give recommendations - not rules.
