4yDear Reviewer, thank you for your support over the four years you worked for ubu, it's a shame you have so many negative comments. Unfortunately, the pay rate is not dictated by ubu, it can indeed be long hours due to the nature of the work but our staff are given breaks in line with regulations, shift patterns are agreed in advance to ensure a work / life balance and due to staffing levels across the industry and with Covid, agency staff are crucial to cover emergencies. I can assure you and any readers of your review that issues relating to all your points made are a common factor in health and social care, all of which we try to overcome regularly
