Highly Micro managing environment, severely affecting the productivity of the employees. Unethical management with no intention of retaining their employees. You will be asked to work from day 1 without any training. No positive vibes at all from the management. You may be asked to leave your job on the spot on trivial mistakes (Coming late by 5 minutes is one of them). Pathetic work culture. Politics at its best and is promoted by management itself. Overconfident management makes work environment unfavorable. Your salary won't be paid on time and if management decides to sack someone, there are high chances of non-payment of salary. Favoritism of employees by Management. Business is managed by 2 overconfident gentlemen, who thinks that there is no one to compete with them in the market. Decent Compensation. Good place to earn incentives if you overachieve your targets. They will appreciate if you achieve targets
