My time at this company was nothing short of a soul-sucking experience, thanks to a toxic work environment driven by ungrateful and controlling management. 1. Toxic Management: The management's approach was less about leadership and more about enforcing fear and compliance. Feedback was consistently negative and demoralizing, with no effort to recognize or appreciate employee contributions. 2. Ungrateful Bosses: No matter how hard you work or what sacrifices you make, it is never enough. Forget about hearing "thank you" or receiving acknowledgment for going above and beyond. 3. Micromanagement Gone Wild: They took micromanagement to an insane level, even attempting to dictate employees' sleep schedules and personal lives. It's as if they wanted total control over every aspect of your existence. 4. Pay Issues: To add insult to injury, they consistently failed to pay on time (or at all, in some cases). When questioned, the excuses were endless, and the accountability was non-existent. 5. Life-Sucking Atmosphere: Working here was draining in every possible way—physically, emotionally, and mentally. The constant stress and lack of support made it nearly impossible to stay motivated or feel secure. If you’re considering working here, don’t. This place will take all that you have to give and leave you with nothing but regret.
