Pros

Coworkers are incredible. Good people, trying to support their families.

Cons

UBEO's acquisition of Ray Morgan has been a complete disaster. The promises of valuing employees and customers were nothing but lies peddled by a snake oil salesman. GREED now runs rampant throughout the company, and employees are paying the price. Management has systematically changed compensation, removing performance bonuses, altering deal structures, forcing reps to cover unnecessary costs, and inflating prices and lease rates. They've squeezed every penny from employees and turned the company into a place no one would want to work for. Morale is at rock bottom, with many feeling trapped by empty promises of future share payouts tied to a company sale, only if they remain loyal to a sinking ship. Top reps are stuck, hoping for a payout that may never come. Compensation is a joke with low base salaries, laughable commissions, and a corporate culture fixated on profit over people. Leadership is completely disconnected, there’s no transparency, no support, and no concern for employees. As the company continues to implode, more talented workers are leaving, and it’s clear that UBEO is doomed. This isn’t growth, it’s an inevitable collapse.
