Everyday feels like a true start up company. Lots of wins for the team and also struggles. Focused on continuous improvement and the upper management is very supportive. It feels like family and people actually care about each other here. Toxic behaviors and attitudes are not allowed here. Either get with the culture of being humble and hungry or this place isn't for you. Your position and voice matter in a company of this size. The CEO had the whole team over at HIS house for a celebration, my kids had an absolute blast.
Cons
Penetrating a mature market is never easy. You will put in a lot of hours, but it is not all the time nor is it expected. I make all my kids "things" and really don't have too much to say bad about the company. Compared to my previous employers....this place is heaven!
