Company with many challenges - Senior Manager UACJ Metal Components Employee Review

Worked with some really great people in my department

Too many managers micromanaging everything

Not really any pros working there

The company sets up procedures and policies for the workers to follow but supervisors and management don't follow them, supervisors yell and cuss at the employees with no consequences but if you do automatically fired, there more about quantity then quality if you don't make rate you get written up, unhealthy work conditions no air conditioning people passing out due to the work area being so hot with no ventilation and the job really isn't worth the pay
