Territory was huge for amount of compensation. Many overnights. Lack of support from home office standpoint. The many departments that were once there have diminished. Wore many hats as field recruiter for Managers, associates and optometrist. No real support with recruiting efforts. Company could use a talent acquisition team to help support field management.
