Flexible hours. As long as you work the required hours, you can work at anytime of the day (unless you have meetings scheduled, obviously). Opportunities to join intern networking circles and learn more about work opportunities through the USCS. Assigned projects have real world applications and can help you build professional connections outside USCS.

Not the type of internship for extroverts. Lots of individual work and no way to truly connect with adjacent colleagues.
