Terrible company to work for. Unorganised mess with bosses who gave no feed back or appraisal process. Often left in situations that staff we untrained to handle. Many staff often ended up having to do things outside of their job role with a moments notice and were expected to drive to multiple locations with no offer of mileage. Their social media’s claim’s of what they deliver as a company is a complete farce and bosses are never around to help guide staff. Many staff were left with no work as they would be told company suddenly had no more work to offer them, leaving them completely in the lurch. Completely unprofessional company full of empty promises that will sell you a dream and leave you stuck in the mud. One member of the recruitment team was openly racist and was still employed despite this being brought up with management
