Pros

- Great work environment, respectful with work/life balance and with who you are; - Friendly, high-performing coworkers, there's always something interesting to learn from them, and they are always there to help; - Team is experienced and knows what they are doing, always focusing on continuous improvement; - Supportive management; - A lot of room for creativity; - Documenting knowledge is taken really serious here; - Interesting and modern approach to work, information travels fast here.

Cons

Not really a con, it just may take a while to get used to working with different timezones in a fast-paced enviroment, so being organized and and self-disciplined is the key.

Pros

They honestly care about not just the work but you as a person. You'll get work/life balance but also engaged and SUPER enthusiastic coworkers. I've learned a lot from the team and had the chance to create projects around the things I want to learn more about. I'm often asked what I'd like to do instead of told what I have to do.

Cons

I really can't think of any.
