Pros

The apartments are very nice and in a god location.

Cons

I am extremely disappointed with the way a staff member was treated at this company. Professionalism and respect should be the foundation of any workplace, but in this case, those values were clearly lacking. The situation was handled poorly, without transparency or consideration for the employee’s well-being. It reflects a serious issue with how leadership values— or fails to value— the people who work hard every day to support the organization. If this is how internal matters are managed, I have serious concerns about how the company treats others, including clients and partners. I hope the organization takes accountability and makes meaningful changes to ensure fair and respectful treatment of its employees going forward.

Cons

You can rarely tell when you'll clock off -- things tend to pop up at the last minute.

Pros

Paid sick leave but with required months of employment.

Cons

This job can actually take so much of your time depends on how demanding your client is and some can be very demanding! But you only get paid so little for every succesful lease. If not, you get nothing!
