      Pros

      - Excellent company culture. We have fun and we build cool things to help build online communities - Remote-friendly - Lots of opportunities for growth - Good respect for work-life balance

      Cons

      - Sometimes feels like you're required to work West Coast hours since most of the (US-based) company seems to be in either San Francisco or Seattle. But they try to be accommodating of people's schedules when they can. All that said, at least my manager/team is super respectful of out of office time

      Pros

      The culture and people are bar none the best. If youre a quirky person with a sharp tongue, quick laugh, and kind heart you'll like the place.

      Cons

      Amazon as an overlord. Twitch isnt doing well and Amazon is unhappy to be paying the bills. Layoffs dont seem to end. Rolls dont seem to get filled.

      - Most employees care a lot about the service. - Most employees are very user focused. - Most employees are very friendly and inclusive making for a pleasant collaborative experience.

      Cons

      - Amazon influence over Twitch getting more and more impactful and invasive. - Fun and enjoyable workplace slipping further and further away to more corporate bureaucracy. - CEO is not as trusted as once was.
