Good company - Game Developer Twistfuture Software Employee Review

It is a very good company to work and learn, the management is understanding. The company is open and give complete freedom to employees to manage their time and work as they feel best. The culture of the company is that no one knows everything and we learn and grow together. The interview process is difficult and they try to hire people who can fit in best. The company expects you to join and then remain with them for long time. Seldom seen them firing people since I have worked here. Team is small but they try to do good work.

Due to small size, sometimes work pressure is more. But the company compensates it in terms of money or extra holidays. Otherwise no cons, everything is very good. Good place to learn and grow.

Company have fabulous work environment. Without any mental pressure. Employee have great chance to explore their view and apply their view on company product. Friendly environment, new technology used.

I did not get any cons till time. I will experiences when i'll view other work culture. Its my first company in software development.
