      Growing pains of expanding into new markets with new products. Expanding current offering take a long time.

      Pros

      Opportunities to do work outside of the anticipated/planned scope if you ask questions. People are kind, and while the vibes are casual, the work ethic is not.

      Cons

      Full-time employment in engineering (depending on your role) may require off-hours on-call responsibilities to repair manufacturing equipment. Not the case for interns, of course.
