      Pros

      Very few. The former CEO seemed to genuinely care about the rank and file employees, particularly at the Utah plant. Nice organized celebration events for achievements, retirements, and sometimes also big accomplishments.

      Cons

      Morale has never been worse. People are scared that the company will go bankrupt. A few weeks ago the three most senior executives were fired by the board and no real honest explanation has been provided internally, its been all spin and fog. New CEO has no clue, she reads prepared scripts, robotic, disinterested, and the rumor is shes just a puppet of the board and is minding the store until the company is sold or shut down. Terrible.

      Huge growth potential company You can get supports anytime when you ask Always being trusted by the team and people are always helpful and patient No company is perfect but you can see improvements and progress in this company EVERYDAY A great place to learn and grow with the team Good insurance and unlimited sick days Transparent communication and work life balance environment Summer Friday early close at 2 pm!

      Cons

      Company doesn't match 401k yet - it's said the company is working on this now; New employees training is not as good as I expected when I just joined the company, self learning is needed if you want to do a good job
