I've been at Twilio for a little over a month, and I’m really happy with my experience so far. Overall, Twilio has been a fantastic place to work. The company is innovative, the culture is supportive, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. Pros: 1. Innovative Projects: Twilio is leading the way in communications technology. It’s exciting to work on projects that are making a real impact. 2. Supportive Team: The onboarding process was seamless, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. 3. Growth Opportunities: There are tons of resources for learning and development. I already feel like I'm growing professionally. 4. Work-Life Balance: The flexibility with remote work is great. It’s nice to have that balance. 5. Inclusive Culture: Twilio truly values diversity and makes sure everyone feels included and respected.
