Pros
Great people all trying to do their best, really neat projects, lots of good clients. CEO is a charismatic dude Take this job if you want to get a lot of breadth in tech, but aren't interested in depth
Cons
* grinder (unrealistic deadlines, high turnover of senior / executive staff, micro-mangement, unclear expectations ) * stretched too thin * you will feel alone even though you have tons of other co-workers but they aren't able to help you because everyone is stressed and there is no budget for your project. * little to no investment in staff learning / development * benefits and pay sub-par for sector
