Taking a job with this company is the worst thing you could do for your career and for your self-worth. Toxic, cliquey leadership with no direction. They preach “inherent kindness” and talk about “being a family”. It could not be farther from the truth. If you work here you will always be watching your back. You will be brought on with the guise of being part of a creative and happy family that will take care of you. However, at this company it is common to randomly be iced out of meetings. It is also common to be called out of the blue by HR and let go, even if you have received only positive feedback on your work. Zero negative performance feedback/reviews. Zero communication from your “manager”. Zero hint that you were not meeting expectations. Do not work here if you have any individual opinions or insight into how a successful business runs. If you have a single different opinion than leadership’s or if you bring up questions or concerns (even if it’s for the good of the business and part of your job) you will not last long. How this company has been in business 27 years is beyond me. Stay away.
