I would strongly caution anyone considering working here to think carefully about whether the compensation is worth the environment. No amount of extra money makes up for a toxic workplace that drains your wellbeing and creates constant stress. The company culture is built on broken promises and conditional “flexibility.” Flexibility only exists if you are willing to constantly give more of your personal time and energy to the company. Employees are expected to sacrifice the non-existent work-life balance, yet the effort is rarely appreciated or respected. There are quarterly performance review periods where vacation time is effectively restricted during multiple prescribed times throughout the year, making it difficult to properly disconnect or plan personal time. Despite leadership claiming they do not micromanage, employees are required to provide daily updates detailing every task completed — not only to managers, but all the way up to the CEO. The level of oversight feels excessive and exhausting. The company vision changes constantly, making it unclear what the actual long-term direction is. Decisions involving business, marketing, and supply chain operations often feel reactive rather than strategic. The workplace environment itself is extremely uncomfortable. There is a heavy culture of favoritism, and employees do not feel equally valued or respected. Feedback and professional expertise are often ignored even when you were specifically hired for your knowledge and experience. The CEO is highly fixated on workplace appearance and organization to an extreme degree. This goes far beyond basic cleanliness expectations — employees are expected to follow rigid organizational rules in the warehouse and office and anything you do to offset the balance will result in public criticism or embarrassment on slack. Mandatory holiday parties and forced “culture-building” activities only add to the pressure rather than improving morale. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of privacy and professionalism surrounding employee departures. Employees who resigned or were terminated were openly discussed in group settings, including comments about punctuality, workload capacity, and performance concerns. This creates a culture of fear and discomfort and feels highly inappropriate. The company ultimately prioritizes profit and control over employee wellbeing. At the end of the day, this is a company selling car mats, yet employees are treated as though every aspect of their personal lives should revolve around the business. If leadership focused less on control, favoritism, and image management, and more on respecting employees as people, this could be a far healthier workplace. Until then, I would not recommend working here to anyone who values balance, respect, and a supportive environment.
