Pros
The company's higher ups are all virtual and really stay off your toes because they're so busy with other things. They will visit your school site maybe once ever. The pay is great!
Cons
If the school you're at terminates their contract you have to move sites, there's barely any structure, your coworkers will call off whenever they want because there's no consequences but then you have to take their students on top of your own, no pay when the school is on break/holiday.
