Pros
Turo has a fantastic group of people running the company from the app developers to C-level execs all the way down to the entry level employees. There's not a single day at Turo that isn't 10x better than any day I've worked anywhere else. The culture is rich and everyone loves everyone else. I've never had issues with another employee.
Cons
As with all start ups, you're building the company from the ground up. There's no framework for how things go when you're literally creating the industry. At times you feel you're a guinea pig for success and when things fail to happen as predicted it impacts your work vibe and paycheck.
