Hands down the people are what makes this company great. Very intelligent and motivated people. The company has grown fast through acquisitions. There are unlimited opportunities to make a direct impact on how the business operates and add value.

Cons

The monthly cost of benefits is higher than other places I've worked

Pros

They speak as if they value employee growth. They use phrases like "employee for life", it is the life of a fly, but a life none the less

Cons

Prior to Turnpoint's involvement with our company, we had a strong company culture and positive moral. That quickly declined after Turnpoint purchased our company. I have worked for many PE's as this one is the epitome of why PE's have a bad name.
