There is no clear, structured growth or development plan. HR are very biased towards management-level employees when disputes or discrepancies occur. Communication leaves a lot to be desired - from line managers through to the CEO.
I have ran into issues of bullying, discrimination, and what I can only describe as subtle, long term smear campaigns against me which have severely affected my wellbeing. All of which have occurred from a colleague level to a senior manager level. There is a hidden blacklisting policy that occurs within the structure; if you are not liked by one manager, you are not liked by any manager.
Finances are a shambles. I have experienced issues with my salary pay outs almost on a monthly basis. Nothing is ever straightforward and deductions are never consistent month to month.
