No clear direction for the future

There are some really great people who work there, who have been there way too long and aren't aware of the opportunities elsewhere.

No formal induction process and no adequate training processes. Inadequate health and safety policies. No formal pay scales so compensation is different between those in identical roles with matching experience. Senior leadership fail to understand communication is a two way street Complete failure to understand particular job functions (but pretend to anyway) Demonstrable track record of forcing out people given unrealistic expectations. Complete lack of social activity outside of the workshops so people sit at desks in silence. Micromanaging. Arrogant "it's my way" attitude inhibits any innovation. Inflexible working. Absolute minimum staff benefits such as leave and pension contributions. Crumbling facilities in desperate need of modernisation. The least diverse workforce imaginable.
