Pros
Pay is decent to start ($15/hr). People seem nice and your coaches check in on you every week. You have access to help when you need it. Schedules have decent flexibility when it comes to time off.
Cons
Gets lonely/you don't make friends if you have to work from home. Doesn't appear to be much room for advancement at least if having to work from home. Lack of training at least when I was there. Supervisor help is sometimes unavailable or takes a while.
