Higher pay than other organizations. Great support from management.

Regular office complaints, but much better than other places I've worked at.

- Really dangerous for new hires. I was offered a position and then informed of a hiring freeze after I had already served out the 3 weeks notice at my job. In the end, I received a generic HR email informing me of a hiring freeze rendering my role obsolete before starting which was SO unprofessional. I had to reach out on my own for additional information and the HR rep was not polite about it and did not seem to value to importance of giving that type of news personally. Applicants: DO NOT quit your job unless you have literally already started this one. They WILL rug pull you and not even bother to tell you 1:1.
