Thank you for taking the time to comment on Glassdoor, our first one in 4 years as it gives us an opportunity to tell us about ourselves. As the review is full of false information, I as the Founder of the company, am forced to take each aspect head-on as the nature of the allegations are such, even though my first thought was to ignore a blatantly incorrect review.
- As a Founder, my work starts very early in the morning and most of the time I would have worked work for hours even before 9AM and many times as early as 5AM and most times goes beyond after I leave office in the evenings. My job requires travel, meetings that are outside office, and inside office hours are not the only ones relevant. The situation demands it and that should be an inspiration, isn't it? There are no multiple Founders as you allude. Go check the company websites.
- You make a statement of supposed leaving time of 6.30 PM. It appears that you don't know how IT companies and startups work and have not read the work guidelines properly where there is decent flexibility on either side on work hours (in and out times). A fabricated statement.
- Your statement of implying of having to wait until Founder leaves until 8.30PM most of the time is another incorrect statement. We have entry-exit systems data marked in a cloud-based system. We do request and challenge you to come forward and prove your claim. Sometimes, I am earliest to leave and some times I am the last one to lock and leave if I have work to finish. Employees leave when their work is done. They leave earlier if they have personal work. They leave late if their work is not done. Some go home and finish it. Some come back and take up the work the next day. Just like elsewhere. Every staff member is given flexibility including a laptop for everybody.
- Another item completely made up on is relieving letter and the mandated 1 year. We gave relieving letters even for folks who didn't perform so that they can make their careers elsewhere and it is not associated with time duration and in one case recently as little as 2 months. No fit with us doesn't mean no fit anywhere.
- We do occasionally let go of a person on lack of performance, like every other company, and that too after repeatedly coaching them and giving repeated opportunities (because we believe in it)
- This review even makes up another story on attrition rate when most of our folks have been working with us for many years or worked with us for years before moving on to different opportunities.
This therefore looks like coming from a person who has benefited from largesse of the company but most likely didn't perform (says worked for under a year) asked to leave and was helped to do so smoothly but writing a bad review for vendetta. It is easy to write anything on social media avenues, hiding under anonymity.

We have many many employees who thrived in this environment, did work ahead of their experience levels because of the opportunity provided and moved on with much higher salaries -- we always wish them the best in their careers. There are many whose salaries have grown 4x or more with us. There are many who were given opportunities because they were not getting job anywhere else and are now successful.
