The leadership team was highly supportive and approachable. Anuj Sir (Co-Founder) and Iqbal Sir (IT Head) were always polite, helpful, and encouraging, creating a positive work environment.Good learning opportunities and exposure to real-world projects. Team members were generally cooperative and willing to help when needed.

As a Software Developer, the seating arrangement was not ideal. Being placed next to the ticket/support team resulted in frequent conversations and noise, which often made it difficult to concentrate on development tasks that require deep focus and logical thinking. The company follows a 6-day working schedule, which may impact work-life balance for some employees.
