Pros
Really none that I could think of. Maybe the lady Sherri that does everything for management and has to explain things to them. She should be running the place.
Cons
State Contractor that allows site management to micromanage you to death with no concern for customer service. Disorganized mess. They have no idea what goes on with job and management but they represent them. The new hires trying to find new jobs. Felt like I was in a bad dream and I couldn't wake up. Its run like a girl scout troop with really dumb rules that change daily. Very childish and not a job for an adult.
