My love for working for Tuff Shed - General Manager Tuff Shed Employee Review

Benefits are great. Mr. Tom Saurey who is the owner is always looking for ways to improve his company with the employee in mind. I was an installer for Tuff Shed from 2015-2017. I was then brought in as a production manager in 2017 and today i am running my own Tuff Shed factory. Tom and team love to promote within and train existing employees for future rolls. This by far is one of the best places to work that i have experienced in my career. From the employee stock program to employee feed back to improve operations Tuff Shed is next level. The other thing i like about Tuff Shed is they are big believers in work/life balance. management is very understanding that life happens and they are supportive and sensitive.
