Pros
Great co-workers, and management, makes a difference within the work place. Great employee discounts! Management works with schedules and requested time off.
Cons
Low paying job when it's a very physically demanding job. They don't mention how you are required to lift very heavy items whether it is unloading the merchandise when it arrives, moving furniture, or building shelves, ect. You are required to carry items out to customers vehicles when purchased and required to ask everyone for their email when they make a purchase.
