Friendly environment. Treats employers good. Patients care is priority! The company as a whole meets throughout the year so communication is valued.

Lunch is 2 hours which extends the working day. Not much time with family in the afternoons but helps with appts to avoid missing.

I read the two other reviews, and I have to say that I truly think things have changed drastically over the years if what they said was true. I think it's a wonderful group be a part of. I don't work in the one of the clinics; I'm on the billing/administrative side of things. However, I will say that I think a lot of what was expected of clinic staff has been relocated to the corporate office team so that the staff in the clinics can focus more on the patients and their care. Everyone seems very sincere in their desire to connect with people, be a part of the community, and better the quality of life for everyone who walks through their doors. Everyone I've come in contact with seems to have a very positive attitude towards others and their jobs, and most people I've met can also say that they've been with the company for several years. The company is definitely growing and evolving, and I've seen firsthand that Dr Tuck and the other leaders within the company really do value their employees and listen to what they have to say, and they do believe in a great work/life balance.

The only con I would say at this point is that I do believe places are still understaffed, but that just means that there is more opportunity for growth. I know it has been noticed and I believe they are working towards a solution.
