Depending on your are, working from home is a possibility.

Seniors don't care about workplace culture, there is a lot of politics and staff do not feel supported. Staff efforts are not appreciated and their mental health/training not prioritised. The push is to secure contracts without regard for improving the conditions or day to day experience for employees.

I was inspired of work at TuVida after a short but meaningful interview process where the people within the organisation clearly showed their immense passion to continue to improve for their clients and employees alike. They made me feel like I had the right skills and experience to help them on their journey.
